Click the “Scan Products In” button to scan received goods via their barcodes. This will initialize received quantities to zero and put the page into scan mode. Each time you scan a product, its received quantity will be increased by one.
Your barcode reader needs to be configured to send data to your PC keyboard. When you click the “Scan Products In” button, start scanning. There’s no need to click inside a field on the page.
For barcode scanning to work, your products must be assigned a barcode via ApeksOPS > Inventory > Edit Product > Add/Edit Supplier.
