Once you turn on the General Ledger, ApeksOPS will automatically create journal entries for Sales as they occur, Inventory Movements, and more. To view the default accounts used for each type of transaction, choose “GL Settings” then “Locations”. Now, click “Edit” next to the location you want to configure accounts.
