For best performance, leave ApeksOPS open in one tab/window of your browser and use a separate tab/window to navigate in WooCommerce/Wordpress. ApeksOPS caches data locally for optimal performance. When you navigate away, this cache is no longer available, so ApeksOPS has to retrieve more data from the server when you navigate back to it.
