ApeksOPS lets you update or create most of its data by importing from Excel spreadsheets.
The format is exactly as for exports, so the best way to obtain a template to use for your import data is to do an export via ApeksOPS > Settings > Utilities > Export.

Simply edit the downloaded spreadsheet then go to ApeksOPS > Settings > Import to import it.
